The next time you go to New Orleans - be sure to have a meal at one of Dickie Brennan's fine establishments. I had lunch at the bar at Bourbon House on Bourbon Street - of course. Bourbon House is all about local Louisiana Seafood and it is as fresh as you are going to find. Sitting at the bar and seeing the bustling restaurant is so much fun on a Friday afternoon. My friends and I started off with some raw oysters on the half shell - ready to eat with horseradish and Tabasco- WOW! Then we had one of the dishes Bourbon House is known for - Grilled Catfish with an extra lump of Crab meat. If you love seafood, you can't miss this meal. For any adults getting in touch with their inner child - there is also a Frozen Bourbon Milk Punch that will blow your mind!
