One of the latest singles from music sensation Rihanna could eventually end up in a Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpel, or Harry Winston commercial. Diamonds has the hook to keep you moving.. and singing along with Rihanna. It does NOT have the name checking that other R&B and Pop divas like Beyonce and even Madonna have found irresistible to avoid in recent tunes. No, this track is all about you.. "shine bright like a diamond" purrs Rihanna over and over again. RiRi is giving you sparkle. A love song really, this tune sings of love at first sight and the faith of a powerful connection. How can you resist... even if you prefer gold to gems.. or no jewelry at all! Click DIAMONDS to download NOW! If you're a big Rihanna fan, why not add her latest fragrance to your collection. Well it's official. PSY's Gangnam Style is the most watched video in the history of YouTube! With over 800.000.000 views, that means PSY clearly has had more exposure than any other pop star this year - or maybe any year. The South Korean singer horse dances his way around the city showing off his style and dance move to win over a "sexy lady". The phrase - it's so bad it's good - come to mind before he gets to the chorus. While you might not want to own the song -click Gangnam Style, you should watch the video. See Below:
Oddly, PSY is right on trend with men's fashion for Spring 2013- COLOR is on the way. Let's remember PSY was on trend.. not setting the trend!
Singer and songwriter Regina Spektor tickles my brain. The quirky and lyrical vocals by this Russian born New Yorker are original, happy, silly, foreboding, and just..brilliant. Ms. Spektor creates a language of sounds not heard before, catching listeners off guard with wonderful surprises. Clearly Ms. Spektor's unique childhood growing up in Russia / Brooklyn, NY helped mold this one of kind sensibility towards music. When you listen to a Regina Spektor song, there is no doubt this pianist, singer, & songwriter writes her own material. There is a crazy sense of organic creativity that basically describes her personality - performing or not. Terry Gross of NPR had a fantastic interview with Regina on Fresh Air earlier this year. It is a must listen! Click Regina to hear it now.
